What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We currently ship all of the parcels using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At the moment we only ship to the United Kingdom.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We sell e-gift cards, they are available in values £25, £50, £100, £150.
Shipping & Returns

How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
How Can I Cancel My Order?

Do you accept returns?
Yes we do. You have 14 days from the purchase date to notify us about the return request. All returns must be shipped back to us within fourteen (14) days from notifying us. All returned items must be in unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached (if there are any).
