What couriers do you use for delivery?
We use Royal Mail to send all of our UK orders
How much does delivery cost?
We charge flat rate of £4.20. This is for Tracked 48 service.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch orders promptly to ensure they reach you within the estimated delivery times specified on the product pages. All orders are dispatched from our warehouses located in the UK. Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment we only ship to the United Kingdom.
I have not received my order
Please allow up to 10 working days for the order to arrive. If you haven't received your parcel please go through the following steps :
1) Use the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email to access the latest information about the location of your parcel.
2) Ensure that no one else at your address has received the parcel on your behalf.
3) Check for delivery attemps
